Collection Trainer

Job Summary:

Responsible for facilitating training programs, developing employees' knowledge and skills, assessing learning progress, and ensuring trainees meet the required performance and competency standards of the company.

Scope of Work:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs
• Create and update training materials and documentation
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Operations

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least with experience in training within a BPO/Collection environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPO operations and collection standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and develop effective training materials
