The Corporate Trainer is responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. The role focuses on onboarding, skills development, compliance training, and continuous learning initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and productivity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
• Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning materials for employees across all departments.
• Handle onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Conduct upskilling and reskilling programs to improve employee competency and adaptability to business needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads, and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, training methodologies, and emerging learning technologies.
• Assist in analyzing performance evaluation results to align training programs with workforce development needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or any related course.
• With experience in training, learning and development, facilitation, or related HR functions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and presentation tools.
• Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Creative, adaptable, and capable of engaging different learning styles.
