JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO/shared services industry
• Experience in Tech Support is an advantage
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Amenable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify training needs accurately and develop appropriate learning solutions.
• Provide ongoing floor support to reinforce learning and enhance employee performance.
• Ensure end-to-end management of content development while applying appropriate instructional methodologies.
