Description
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on various processes.
- Assess training needs and develop tailored training materials and modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education: with minimum of 2 years of College Education (no back subjects)
- Experience: 2-3 years GDS Trainer experience (Sabre AND Amadeus)
