Description

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees within the BPO sector.
• Evaluate training needs and design customized training content to enhance employee performance.
• Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of training activities and employee progress reports.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in training or a similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
