Support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing trade marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Coordinate with sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and merchandising activities at the point of sale.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade promotions, collecting data on performance and suggesting improvements.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, displays, and point-of-sale assets.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support the planning and execution of trade events, exhibitions, and in-store activations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
Assist in managing budgets and ensuring that all projects are completed within scope and deadlines.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to develop and execute trade marketing programs
Experience with project management and budget control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of retail channels and shopper behavior (a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a trade marketing, sales, or marketing role (experience in FMCG - Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - is a plus)
