- Manage ticket sales and reservations for events.
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees.
- Assist with event setups and promotions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Collaborate with the events team for smooth operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in ticketing or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in ticketing software, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential evening/weekend hours during events.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
