Description
- Transporting clients and staff to various locations efficiently and safely.
- Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and ensuring it is well-maintained.
- Complying with traffic laws and regulations specific to the hospitality & tourism industry.
- Providing outstanding customer service, being friendly and informative.
- Assisting with luggage and providing logistical support for Discovery Tour, Inc's operations.
- Flexible with work schedule, accommodating unexpected shifts due to client needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in tour operations or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in driving with a valid driver's license. Must be familiar with routes in Metro Manila and various provinces.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Plan tour itineraries, handle transportation, manage travel schedules, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
- Working Conditions: Position may involve extended travel and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, commitment to customer service, and strong organizational abilities.
