Job Summary:

The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient business performance, and compliance with company policies and standards. The role involves managing resort staff, coordinating department activities, maintaining facilities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns and feedback.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate department heads and staff members.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Ensure the resort's facilities, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Promote a positive work environment and maintain high employee morale.
