As a Title Insurance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our title insurance operations. You will work closely with our US-based team to ensure the smooth processing of title insurance documents, clearing stipulations, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of title insurance documents.
• Order title through underwriting vendors
• Conduct title searches and examinations to verify property ownership and encumbrances.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Maintain and update title records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the title insurance team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

• Previous experience in title insurance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Experience in Qualia preferred
