Report to work at least 30 minutes prior to the start of work on site
Keeps a logbook with the list of all field employees assigned in the area/s
Responsible for the accurate entry of “In” and “Out” of the field employees including but not limited to field engineers, workers and operators
Verifies attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
Required to do ocular inspection of the field personnel from time to time and check whether the employees are in their respective posts
Prepares project employee contracts in hiring weekly personnel
Prepares and submits payroll related reports accurately and on specified time
Keeps and updates 201 files of the project employees
Checks whether the field employees are in complete uniform and is using the prescribed PPEs
Checks equipment daily utilization of the drivers and operators under the assigned project and submit it to equipment management department personnel on time
Handles project petty cash if necessary and liquidate it regularly
Assists the project cashiers during payroll disbursing
Updates project logbook

BSBA graduate or any business course graduate
Willing to be assigned anywhere in region 10 and 13
Willing to take the pre-employment exam in person (Butuan City, Region 13) and (Macasandig CDO, Region 10)
