We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our TikTok Shop operations for the Philippine market. This role acts as the key bridge between our China strategy team and the Philippines execution team, ensuring campaigns, content strategies, and store operations run smoothly.

You will oversee TikTok content strategy, store performance, marketing campaigns, and operational processes to improve brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the China strategy team and PH execution team to ensure smooth operations and task alignment.
• Manage daily TikTok Shop operations including product listings, store health monitoring, and inventory checks.
• Optimize TikTok content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators, KOLs, and affiliates for marketing campaigns and live streams.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, refund rate, ad performance) and generate reports.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to increase sales and campaign performance.
• Oversee compliance, after-sales processes, and customer service quality.
• Assist in developing SOPs and operational processes for the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in TikTok Shop operations, social media marketing, or e-commerce management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform, content trends, and e-commerce operations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English is required; Chinese and Tagalog are strong advantages.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
