We are looking for a proactive TikTok Affiliate Outreach Specialist to help grow our TikTok Shop sales in the US and UK markets.

The main responsibility is to find, contact, and manage TikTok creators, affiliates, and influencers who can promote our products through TikTok Shop affiliate content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search for suitable TikTok creators in the US and UK market.

2. Contact new creators and affiliates daily through TikTok, email, Instagram, and other channels.

3. Build and maintain a creator database, including contact details, follower count, niche, response status, and collaboration progress.

4. Follow up with creators regularly until collaboration is confirmed.

5. Negotiate affiliate cooperation, sample requests, video posting schedule, and commission details.

6. Coordinate sample delivery and make sure creators understand the product selling points.

7. Track creator video performance, including views, clicks, sales, GMV, and conversion.

8. Work with the internal team to prepare product briefs, video ideas, and content direction.

9. Report weekly outreach numbers, creator status, and sales results.

10. Help build a long-term creator and affiliate network for the company.

Requirements

1. Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, preferably in the US or UK market.

2. Existing TikTok creator or influencer contact base is highly preferred.

3. Strong English communication skills.

4. Able to contact a large number of creators consistently every week.

5. Good follow-up discipline and strong organization skills.

6. Familiar with TikTok content trends, creator outreach, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce.

7. Able to work independently without waiting for constant instructions.

8. Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, email tools, CRM tools, and AI tools for research and outreach.

9. Experience in health, lifestyle, home, fashion, socks, or daily-use consumer products is a plus.

Weekly Performance Target

The candidate is expected to:

* Contact 50–100 new creators or affiliates per week

* Follow up with active prospects daily

* Secure regular creator collaborations

* Maintain an updated outreach tracking sheet

* Provide a weekly report showing:

* New creators contacted

* Replies received

* Samples requested

* Videos confirmed

* Videos posted

* Sales or GMV generated
