We are looking for a TikTok Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence, audience engagement, and online sales through TikTok content, livestream selling, and platform-based

campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, trend-aware, analytical, and experienced in managing TikTok content, community engagement, and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging TikTok content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars, including video concepts, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
• Support TikTok Live selling activities, including livestream preparation, promotions, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, and smooth campaign execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to strengthen audience engagement and community growth.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and affiliates for collaboration and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in managing TikTok advertising campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance, follower growth, engagement, livestream sales, and TikTok Shop metrics.
• Track trends, competitor activities, and emerging TikTok features to recommend new content and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in TikTok marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, TikTok Live Selling, influencer coordination, or affiliate marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, platform features, and content best practices.
• Basic photo and video editing skills, with a creative eye for engaging content.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, analytics, and social media performance reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and community engagement skills.
• Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
