Job Overview:

As a TikTok Live Selling Specialist / Stream Host, you will be responsible for conducting high-performing live selling sessions, showcasing our products, interacting with our audience, and converting views into sales. You will also help build brand awareness and loyalty through authentic and creative content.

Key Responsibilities


Live Session Management 
- Plan and prepare content, product demonstrations, and sales strategies before each live broadcast.

- Conduct live selling sessions on TikTok, explaining product features, benefits, and usage clearly and engagingly.

- Respond to viewer comments, questions, and inquiries in real-time to provide excellent customer service and address concerns.

- Promote limited-time offers, discounts, and bundles to drive immediate sales and achieve set targets.

2. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor and analyze live session metrics such as view count, engagement rate, conversion rate, sales volume, and audience growth.

- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports and provide insights to improve future live selling strategies.

3. Strategy & Content Development

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align live content with brand goals and promotional campaigns.

- Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices in live e-commerce to optimize our content and sales approach.
