Position: TikTok Livestream Host (Mother & Baby Products)

Position Summary

The TikTok Livestream Host is responsible for representing the Company's mother and baby brand through engaging and informative livestreams on TikTok Shop. The role focuses on demonstrating products, educating customers, interacting with viewers in real time, and driving sales through effective product presentation and audience engagement. The Livestream Host is expected to maintain a professional on-camera presence while accurately communicating product features and building trust with customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop according to the assigned livestream schedule.
• Present and demonstrate mother and baby products, including breast pumps, milk storage products, baby feeding essentials, toys, coolers, and other related items.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with viewers throughout the livestream.
• Encourage audience interaction and maximize sales conversions through effective communication.
• Prepare for livestreams by studying product knowledge, scripts, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Livestream Operations, Business Development, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Participate in content creation, product training, and promotional activities as required.
• Maintain professionalism, confidence, and a brand-aligned image during all livestreams.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in livestream selling, sales, retail, customer service, or content creation is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Willing to learn product knowledge related to mother and baby products.
• Energetic, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
• Willing to work an 8-hour schedule, 6 days per week, including mid-morning to evening shifts as assigned.
