Job Overview: We are looking for an engaging and confident Live Host to represent and promote our skincare brands during live-streaming sessions. The Live Host will be responsible for demonstrating products, educating audiences about skincare routines and product benefits, and driving sales through effective communication and hosting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live-streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, or brand websites).
• Present, demonstrate, and explain skincare products in a professional yet relatable manner.
• Answer real-time audience questions and interact actively to build trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute live-stream campaigns.
• Meet sales targets and conversion goals during live sessions.
• Ensure accurate product knowledge, including features, benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions.
• Maintain a positive, brand-appropriate image and tone throughout hosting.
• Monitor live-stream analytics and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and hosting/presenting skills with a lively, engaging personality.
• Passionate about beauty and skincare, with good knowledge of skincare trends and routines.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with live audiences.
• Prior experience in live-streaming, sales, or as a host/influencer is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and persuasively.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, or during campaign launches.
