Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations and workflow of the department.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor operations and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, or records as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- At least a college graduate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and detail-oriented
