- Develop and produce strategic and creative content plans for GoCommerce Live - produced livestream shows
- Involve in end-to-end livestream process, including conceptualizing, scheduling, script writing, marketing campaign planning and monitor production performance
- Explore and evaluate content based on latest trends and stream performance
- Coordinate with marketing functions and external partners before and during livestream
- Develop creative ways to enhance or improve livestream workflow
- Oversee and execute all aspects of live stream production according to plan, including casting,set design, and technical integration
- Driving best practices for the execution of live streams on TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, orother streaming software
- Contribute to analyzing data, insight, and strategies for live stream
- Prepare reports and provide insights on Live commerce business trends to internal and externalstakeholders
- Liaise with other marketing teams on live stream requirements
- Building a technical workflow and implementing any contingency plans to cover possible failurepoints
- Expert in OBS and other streaming platforms technicalities
- Positive mindset and willing to work in past-faced environment
- Responsible for daily show operation
- Responsible for inhouse host monitoring
- Must know how to do content
- With experience as a host, blogger, and streamer are preferred.
- Experience in managing social media such as TikTok.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident on camera or in front of live audiences.
- Ability to engage, entertain, and build rapport with viewers and customers.
- No camera shy, Fun, Energetic and Creative
