QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Willing to render overtime during major promotional events and holiday seasons
• Willing to be employed under an agency

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Live Streaming: Host live streaming sessions on TikTok to present and demonstrate products in real-time.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase products creatively, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points to attract and retain viewer interest.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers through comments, questions, and shout-outs to foster a lively and interactive community atmosphere.
• Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage viewers to make purchases during live streams, including limited time offers and special promotions.
• Customer Support: Assist viewers with product inquiries, order placements, and after-sales service during and after live streaming sessions.
• Content Creation: Plan and create engaging content for live streaming sessions, ensuring it aligns with TikTok trends and audience preferences.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, and sales revenue to optimize live streaming strategies.
• Live Stream Tools: Be able to manage all hardware, software tool to run live selling.
