Job Summary

A Live Host engages and entertains audiences during live events, broadcasts, or streaming sessions. This role involves energizing viewers, interacting in real-time, presenting content smoothly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere that drives engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live shows, events, or streaming sessions on platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other broadcast media.
• Greet audiences warmly and set the tone of the broadcast.
• Introduce segments, guests, products, or topics clearly and confidently.
• Maintain live interaction with viewers (responding to comments/questions, acknowledging audience participation).
• Promote products, services, or event features when required.
• Work with the production team to follow broadcast flow and cues.
• Ensure smooth transitions and energy throughout the live session.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical and on-air issues with the support team.
• Represent the brand professionally and align with company values.

Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Confident, charismatic, and engaging presence on camera.
• Comfortable interacting with live audiences in real-time.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt when unexpected situations occur.
• Basic technical understanding of live streaming equipment/software.

Preferred:

• Experience in hosting, broadcasting, or performing.
• Familiarity with specific platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
• Knowledge of brand products/services being featured.
• Multilingual skills (depending on audience).
