About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Team Leader with livestream hosting experience to lead and inspire our team of hosts. This role requires someone who can guide, motivate, and coach while also being comfortable in front of the camera. Qualifications

- With Livestream Hosting Experience

- At least 6 months experience as a Team Leader

- Confident, camera-ready, and engaging personality

- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills

- Able to work under pressure and hit performance targets

Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required)

- E-commerce or online selling background

- Creative and engaging hosting style

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
