Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree; additional certification in TIG Welding is a plus.
- Experience Level: Freshers or those with less than 1-year experience in TIG Welding.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in TIG Welding, knowledgeable in Sand Casting and Sheet Metal processes, and able to read blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform precision TIG Welding, maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure quality control.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including hot, noisy, and physically demanding situations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, good manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic.
