Description
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of various travel destinations and pricing to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle necessary documentation and processes for visa applications and travel insurance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing bookings and following up post-travel.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel booking software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
