- Manage ticket flight bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure accurate ticket availability.
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote events.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in ticketing or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
