- Manage ticket sales and reservations for events.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Coordinate with event organizers for accurate ticketing information.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote events.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in, tourism, hospitality, business, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in ticketing or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in ticketing systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential irregular hours during events.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
