- Manage ticket sales and reservations for international tour.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Collaborate with event organizers for smooth operations.
- Handle ticketing software and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, teamwork, Salesforce, and account management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
