Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to Thai-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a clear and accurate manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Document conversations and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Thai languages
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Working Conditions: Call center environment with shift flexibility
