We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing efforts within our team. The ideal candidate will have proven test management skills, a strong background in agile methodology or AI, and expertise in using metrics to drive improvements.

• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing requirements based on project objectives.
• Analyze results from testing procedures and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Test Manager or in a similar quality assurance lead role
• Proven experience in test management with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in test metrics and analytics using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of agile methodology and experience in AI projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
