BI Tester | Business Intelligence QA Analyst

• Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to understand data/reporting requirements.
• Design and execute test plans for BI reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Automate testing using SQL, Python, or other tools.
• Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.

• 3+ years of experience in BI testing or data QA.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Familiarity with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Bonus: Python scripting, cloud BI tools (AWS, Azure), ISTQB certification.
