• Position: Test Engineer
• Industry: IT Company
• Location: Makati City
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Work Setup: Hybrid (1-2x a week onsite)
• Salary Range: Php 50,000 - Php 100,000 gross

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts using Python.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with QA and development teams to identify and define critical test scenarios.
• Execution & Analysis: Run automated tests, analyze technical results, and report findings.
• Quality Optimization: Continuously improve test coverage and system reliability.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in code reviews and help shape the overall testing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 2 years of development experience in any programming language.
• Core Skills: Strong programming fundamentals and high-level problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism: A professional, disciplined approach to coding and automation.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Python is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with Robot Framework and Selenium is an advantage.
