We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical POS Development & Testing Associate to work closely with management in developing and improving our in-house Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how POS systems work from both the front-end and back-end, and who can help test new features, identify issues, and ensure the system meets actual store operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management in planning, developing, and enhancing POS features and functions.
• Understand store operations and translate business requirements into system improvements.
• Conduct thorough testing of new POS modules, features, and updates.
• Identify bugs, errors, and usability issues, and provide clear reports to developers.
• Validate that new features work accurately in real-world store scenarios.
• Analyze sales, order, and transaction data to identify operational needs.
• Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Prepare testing documentation, reports, and process notes.
• Assist with POS rollouts, updates, and user feedback from branch teams.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of how POS systems work, including front-end and back-end processes.
• Experience in POS operations, retail, restaurant, or cashiering environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of software testing, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with management and developers.
