Contribute effectively to various Supply Chain operations at Miles & Levels Phils. Inc.
Maintain and support the flow of goods in adherence to predefined quality standards.
Assist with inventory tracking, supply projections, and distribution logistics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of service.
Stay compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
Oversee the sales of company products to target customers, ensuring effective sell-in and sell-out strategies.
Develop and implement sales plans and manage activities for assigned accounts.
Contribute to the creation and execution of product activation strategies.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with accounts. Conducts customer/outlet calls to sell & deliver products, retrieve empties, merchandise, receive customer feedback, collect payments, ensure territorial integrity and implement sales and marketing programs.
Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches across various distribution channels. Regularly reviews route territory needs, suggest area specific programs, implement local & national programs and updates products on program/promo developments and ensure program/promo success

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or related business dealings.
Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and market analysis.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop business relationships, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and manage client accounts.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with travel to client sites required. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, excellent interpersonal skills, and an analytical mind.
Willing to be assigned in Cupang , Muntinlupa City.
