- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and community organizations.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Education and Advocacy:
- Educate healthcare providers and stakeholders on our services and pro-life mission, advocating for the values of the organization.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance and report on progress toward goals, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and maximize outreach.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders about our services and pro-life initiatives.
Requirement
- Education: BS- BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAJOR IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Experience: With or without experience
- Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
