  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
  • Provide high-quality customer service and address client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and manage cash transactions securely
  • Assist with opening accounts and other banking services
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly and follow bank procedures
