KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products and services being offered, including any ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders directly over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow-Up: Send follow-up SMS messages to customers, reminding them about promotions or prompting them to place orders.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, commercialization team, to align on goals and strategies.

QUALIFICATION:

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, persuasive ability, active listening, and basic computer skills.
• Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in products, services, and sales techniques.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Tagalog is preferred.
