Telesales Agent

Key responsibilities

• Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce the products and services to them
• Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and respond to customer inquiries regarding the products
• Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals
• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly Telesales goals
• Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes
• Accurately document the customers' personal information including company name, industry, contact person, phone number, address, and other information
• Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how SAP Business One can add value to their organization
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree
• Has an experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
• Ability to promote products or services using persuasive language techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP Business One and other ERP systems is an advantage
• Must be willing to work ONSITE
