Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle calls professionally and politely
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors
• Reach out to assigned clients through calls and emails
• Increase sales through regular follow-ups and scheduling
• Build good relationships with clients through clear communication and active listening
• Assist clients by discussing their trading needs and market updates
• Provide helpful solutions to client concerns and inquiries
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Job Qualifications:

• Good customer service and people skills
• At least 1 year experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Collections
• Open to High School Graduates
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Organized and good at managing time
• Fluent in Tagalog with conversational English skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can work well individually and with a team
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy

Other Information:

• Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Salary: Php 17,000 – Php 18,000 (depending on relevant telesales experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
