Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
- Utilize CRM to monitor sales activities and customer interactions
- Deliver compelling, structured sales presentations
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1+ year of BPO experience (Sales experience preferred)
- Strong English communication and persuasive skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work onsite
