Job Description
- Engage customers: Initiate and maintain conversations to promote products/services.
- Sales goals: Achieve monthly targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Product knowledge: Understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Customer relationship: Build and maintain rapport with clients for repeat business.
- Data entry: Accurately record customer interactions and sales information.
- Feedback collection: Gather customer insights to enhance service offerings.
- Team collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a telephone-based role.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Persuasion skills: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-solving: Capable of addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
- Team player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Time management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
