E-commerce Telesales Associate

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Associate who will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, verifying customer orders, upselling and cross-selling products, and assisting in reducing Return-to-Sender (RTS) orders.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to verify and confirm their orders.
• Generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending and unsuccessful deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers, couriers, and the fulfillment team to ensure successful delivery.
• Update customer information, call results, and order statuses accurately.
• Handle orders from Facebook, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Meet assigned sales, order confirmation, and delivery targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or order verification is preferred.
• E-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic spreadsheet formulas.
• Organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and target-driven.
• Able to handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
