Two way radios or walkie-talkies cater to a niche market and are mandatory for industries like corporate security, transportation & logistics, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, mining, government, police and public safety. The brand is expanding across all industries regional and global in the coming months.

The expansion initiative would mean hiring new Inside Sales who would be responsible of the following:

Cold Calling

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.

2. Introduce and promote products or services to prospects.

3. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential sales

opportunities.

Sales Conversion

4. Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.

5. Effectively address customer objections and close sales over the phone.

6. Achieve or exceed monthly sales appointment targets and quotas.

Customer Relationship Management

7. Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM

system.

8. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in products or services.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Product Knowledge

10. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
