About the role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Customer Service & Property Sales Representatives to join our growing team and support a UK-based client. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills who enjoys speaking with customers, building rapport, and having professional conversations over the phone. You will communicate with prospective customers, introduce the company's services, understand their requirements, and identify potential opportunities. You'll also maintain accurate customer records, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers using a provided database
• Communicate confidently and professionally with UK-based customers
• Introduce the company's services and provide clear and accurate information
• Build rapport and develop positive relationships with prospective customers
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities
• Use your understanding of property and sales to engage prospects where relevant
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments or follow-up conversations
• Handle customer questions and initial objections professionally
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate customer information, call notes, and outcomes within the CRM

About you

• Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, Sales, Property Sales, Estate Agency, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in property sales or the UK property market is highly desirable
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Good listening and questioning skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance targets
• Organised with good attention to detail
