Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing company services, generating qualified leads, and assisting prospective clients through the initial onboarding process.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in telemarketing, sales, lending, financing, or fintech who are comfortable communicating with clients and working toward sales and lead-generation targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses

• Introduce products and digital solutions professionally

• Identify qualified leads and client needs

• Handle questions, concerns, and objections

• Follow up with prospects and assist with onboarding

• Maintain call records and meet performance targets

Requirements:

• Senior High School graduate or higher

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented, persistent, and adaptable

• Willing to learn new products and digital tools
