Job description:

• Managing the Pipedrive (Employer CRM System)
• Conduct outbound cold calls to assigned leads to generate interest and qualify prospects.
• Schedule live and virtual meetings when necessary to present offers and close sales.
• Follow up with leads to ensure progression through the sales pipeline and successful conversion.
• Provide basic after-sales coordination and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist walk-in clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to support sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Google tools (Mail, Docs, Chats, Sheets)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• At least 1 year Sales experience (Professional, B2B)
