Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls professionally and courteously
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
• Contact assigned clients through phone calls and email communication
• Increase sales through regular follow-ups and client scheduling
• Build strong client relationships through active listening and effective communication
• Assist clients by discussing market trends and their trading situation
• Resolve customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• At least one (1) year experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Collections
• Open to High School Graduates
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in Tagalog with conversational English skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with professionalism and integrity
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
