- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the Sales Team.
- Schedule meetings or product presentations with potential clients.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
- Explain product features, benefits, and company services clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure timely follow-up of leads.
