Job Description:

As Telesales Associate, the primary role will be the following:

1. To contact potential players and persuade them to sign up, make deposit and play on the website.

2. The goal is to increase the company’s customer base and revenue by successfully promoting games and promotions through phone conversation.

Daily Tasks:

• Making outbound calls to potential players and engaging them in conversation Providing information about the games, promotions, and bonuses
• Answering questions and addressing concerns that potential players may have
• Encouraging potential players to sign up, make a deposit, and play on the website
• Following up with potential players who have expressed interest but have not yet taken action
• Recording accurate and detailed notes about each call and player interaction
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential players over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve goals consistently
• Knowledge of slot games, live casino, and sports betting; including games, promotions, and bonuses is an advantage
• Highschool Graduates and College Undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Can work 6 Days a week
