Description
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and promote products/services
- Engage potential customers and establish rapport to build lasting relationships
- Gather customer information to determine their needs and tailor offerings accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve targets
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to cold call and generate leads
- Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented and creative problem solver
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
