Responsibilities

• Collate and maintain accurate site-level project status (survey, installation, commissioning, on-air).
• Analyze rollout performance, efficiency, productivity, and project health versus targets.
• Prepare project dashboards, trackers, charts, and reports for internal and customer use.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, root causes, and critical paths affecting rollout timelines.
• Trigger coordination meetings, site status reviews, and follow-ups with project teams.
• Support planning, forecasting, and prioritization of sites based on data insights.
• Closely coordinate with RPM and customer for progress tracking and corrective actions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls - tracking and monitoring, reporting, and planning for wireless telecom projects.
• Strong skills in tabulation, data analysis, charts, presentations, and reporting.
• With strong communication skills and effectively use project communication tools.
• Keen attention to detail, especially in root-cause analysis and issue identification.
• Familiar with wireless RAN rollout workflows (swap-out and new site deployment).
• Preferably with Globe Telecom project experience.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple sites, and manage tight reporting timelines.
• Must own a laptop
